At The Gift Box by Shakkr, every hamper and gifting product is thoughtfully curated and carefully packed to ensure premium quality and presentation. As many of our products are handcrafted, customised, and made-to-order, we request customers to read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product received
- Missing items in the package
To be eligible for a return request:
- The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Customers must share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
- Products must remain unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customised or personalised gift boxes
- Wedding hampers and bulk corporate orders
- Perishable products
- Used or opened items
- Products purchased during special promotional campaigns (if applicable)
Due to the handcrafted and curated nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or finishing are considered natural and not defects.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed if:
- The product is unavailable after payment
- A verified damaged/wrong product complaint is approved
- The order cannot be fulfilled by our team
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in cases where:
- Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer
- Delivery attempts failed due to customer unavailability
- Minor design or colour variations occur
- Delay is caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, subject to processing status.
Customised & Bulk Orders
Customised, wedding, festive, and corporate gifting orders cannot be cancelled once production or packaging has begun.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours along with:
- Order number
- Product images/videos
- Packaging images
Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
